This product is designed specifically for adults to help them maintain optimal energy levels and boost their body's resilience to illnesses. It contains B-complex vitamins (Vitamins B1, B2, B6, B12, Nicotinamide, and Calcium Pantothenate) to aid in the conversion of food into energy that the body can use for a variety of physiologic processes, including respiration, digestion, blood circulation, immune system response, and physical activity. Vitamin C, an antioxidant, aids the body's natural fight against free radicals while also boosting immunological function.

Side Effects
As with all medications, you may experience some side effects. Not everyone experiences it. This is not a cause for concern. However, it is so that you are aware of it.
Vitamins B1, B2, B6, B12, Nicotinamide, and Calcium Pantothenate and vitamin C are usually harmless.
For two months or longer, high dosage or long-term doses of Vitamin B6 can cause neurological symptoms such as paresthesia (more noticeable at night and limited to extremities), bone pains, hyperesthesia (described as burning, pricking, stinging, or itching), muscle weakness and fasciculation (twitch, restlessness or fidgeting).
Such scenarios should be reported to a doctor or a Poison Control Center immediately.
